Glossary:

Restrictions for the use of tunnels for the transport of dangerous goods; in the ADR (section 1.9) is indicated per tunnel category which substances cannot be transported by these tunnels.

Pan-European Assessment:

Hydrogen is considered as any other flammable gas or dangerous good for its transportation. The Agreement of transport of Dangerous Goods by Road applies.
All countries (except one, Hungary) indicate restrictions in tunnels depending on the category of the tunnel. Some countries indicate that some additional restrictions at certain periods of the day can apply, in particular when there is heavy traffic.
In some counries, restrictions exist for indoor or underground parkings.
