• DEFINES THE GENERAL FRAMEWORKS (TOOLS, ACTORS, AUTHORITIES) OF LOCAL SPATIAL PLANNING. PARAGRAPH 6 § DEFINES, THAT THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT PERFORMS TO PLAN AND PROTECT THE SETTLEMENT, SETTLEMENT DEVELOPMENT AND SETTLEMENT PLANNING TASKS. PAR. 34.§ DEFINES THE DIFFERENT TYPES OF AUTHORITY PROCESSES CONDUCTED BY THE BUILDING AUTHORITY. PAR 13§ (2) PRESCRIBES THAT FROM CATASTROPHE PROTECTION POINT OF VIEW, PROTECTION ZONE, PROTECTIVE DISTANCE MUST BE TAKING INTO ACCOUNT, AND MUST BE RECORDED IN THE LOCAL BUILDING CODES.

Defines the general frameworks (tools, actors, authorities) of local spatial planning. Paragraph 6 § defines, that the local government performs to plan and protect the settlement, settlement development and settlement planning tasks. Par. 34.§ defines the different types of authority processes conducted by the building authority. Par 13§ (2) prescribes that from catastrophe protection point of view, protection zone, protective distance must be taking into account, and must be recorded in the Local Building Codes.
