The regulation has been revised and includes, implements the requirements of the ADR/RID Directive. However ADR and RID does not apply to a) transport of dangerous goods that solely takes place within a restricted area, b) transport of dangerous substances on mobile vehicles in cases where the substance is used by the mobile vehicle, c) military, police and customs authorities' transport of certain dangerous substances, for certain specified purposes
